As we begin our examination of the second chapter of James we come face-to-face with the realities of favoritism and discrimination. We will uncover five issues addressing the subject of practicing partiality:

  • God’s directives regarding it,
  • An example of how it shows itself,
  • The inconsistencies involved in its practice,
  • An explanation of what happens when God’s instructions are disregarded, and
  • An appeal to conform to God’s truth regarding favoritism.
