New Name – Servant (1)

In this lesson we look at the unique and challenging name given God’s followers – servants.

We work first to define it and lay some background of the world in which it was used. Then we find how Jesus was a servant on dual levels.

We end by looking at some first-century believers who called themselves “servants” and also identified some of their contemporaries with the term as well.
