New Name – Believer

This term may be so used that it has become abused. In this lesson we look at how a believer is one who moves from being exposed to faith to owning their own faith.

This “believer” then holds certain responsibilities which accompany that title:

1. To make sure their belief is ever growing! Scripture is very specific that true believers are continuously about the task of developing a deeper belief.
2. To recognize that religious practices hold the potential to become nothing more than habitual. When spiritual actions become rote they can negate and even destroy the deeper elements of being a believer
