Characteristics of the Savior’s Sacred Society (2)

From the actual instructions of Jesus we discover two characteristics which will be distinguishing realities about His sacred society – His church.

The first we looked at in our last lesson – Supernatural love. Jesus gave a new command to His followers. The love that they demonstrated to “one another” would prove His deity to the watching world.

This lesson examines the second identifying characteristic – Supernatural unity. The connectivity and togetherness of Jesus’ society members is to be “out of this world.” Thus evidencing the reality that He too is “out of this world” and divine.
