Lost What? Live Why?

Because of a Nebraska blizzard we conducted a shortened worship service on November 25th.   This short discussion was “left over” from the planned lesson (given following week).

Jesus came to seek and save the lost, but “What had mankind lost?”  Some seed answers to that question are offered.  Then the question becomes what does the “life” Jesus offers bring to a believer?  Specifically, what does “eternal life” benefit?  Even while in the flesh we often grow tired of life.  Won’t we grow weary of living that long?  Why would anyone want to live forever?
