God is Truth

Over the past few weeks we have established that ancient spiritual landmarks are:

  • Important
  • Established by God
  • Immovable

We have also looked at a couple of reasons why God has provided spiritual boundaries:

  • Without them all that exists is distress
  • They enable fleshly beings to function as spiritual adoptees

In this lesson we look to the role God MUST have in establishing TRUTH!  Humans seem to believe they are the ones responsible for determining truth.  Yet, when truth looses its theological roots one is left with such confusion that they echo the frustration of Pilot who asked Jesus, “What is truth?”.

Obviously, those not acknowledging God will refuse to factor Him into the issue of truth (Rom. 1:25ff).  However, it is now as never before, significant for believers to acknowledge and proclaim God as the source of what is true.  This lesson seeks to challenge us is making God central to our perception of all that is true.
